In project kickoff meetings or initial engagements, you’ll hear us asking questions, seeking clarification, and exploring the unique aspects of your organization. And for some projects, we’ll gather in formalized listening sessions, meeting with various constituent groups to explore the unique brand promise and benefits of your organization from their perspective. We also “listen” by performing brand audits, competitive research, and focus group discussion—anything we can do to fully understand you and your marketing needs.

We create strategic solutions to meet your goals with the opportunities within the medium (website, print media, etc.) we’re using.
We’ll meet with you and present the direction we feel best fits your needs with a creative roadmap to make sure we’re on the same page before the creation phase.

To ensure the highest quality, we pull together a team of professionals with the skills and years of experience that will most most effectively and efficiently build out your project. Using cloud-based tools and best practices, these individuals work as a team to produce the creative deliverables necessary to meet the marketing objectives determined in the “thinking phase.”
Central to every project is a designated project manager who works with you to set project timelines and milestones. The project manager is your personal concierge keeping you up-to-date on the project and in touch with the creative team while keeping your project on-time and on-budget.

With a background in design and development with corporate, education, and non-profit clients, Caylor now focuses his expertise on marketing for education. Bart is an Anderson University graduate and resides with his family in Fishers, Indiana.

Beth excels at detail management and keeping large, multi-faceted projects on time and on budget. Beth is a Huntington University graduate and former member of the President’s Executive Council for Excellence (PACE).
Jenni brings a unique blend of high-end creative and strategic thought to every project which she is engaged. She thinks through problems and creates solid marketing solutions. Roberts is an IUPUI Herron School of Art graduate and currently resides with her family on Hilton Head Island.
