With a 35-year background in design, marketing, and development with corporate, education, and non-profit clients, Bart now focuses his expertise entirely on marketing for K-12 and higher education. He is an Anderson University graduate and lives with his family in Fishers, Indiana.

Hannah has been leading people in a variety of settings for over 20 years. She loves being part of a team, delivering results in a timely and organized way, and cultivating a culture of teamwork. Hannah is a Southern Wesleyan University alumnus and lives with her husband and five children in the Piedmont area of North Carolina.

Becca empowers high-performing teams to bring each client's vision to life through operational planning and execution. She has led over 100 digital projects with several agencies and loves to create healthy work environments where people can do their best work. Becca is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and lives with her family in North Port, Florida.

Zach brings 20 years of expertise leading teams that grow brands. Having led conferences of 5000 attendees and produced multiple online events, his superpower is unlocking the hidden potential within teams, which empowers brands to maximize their reach and connect deeply with their audience. Additionally, Zach is a pastor and has a master's degree from Kingswood University.

In addition to her extensive design experience, Jenni brings a unique blend of high-end creative and strategic thought to every project to create solid marketing solutions. Jenni graduated from Indiana Universities' Herron School of Art with a BFA in Visual Communications. She lives in Hilton Head Island, SC with her family.

Matt has a knack for helping education marketers explore the journeys their audiences are on and address the needs of stakeholders with a variety of engaging and useful content. An Anderson University graduate, Matt lives with his family in Fort Worth, Texas.

John is a web developer who enjoys turning wonderful design concepts from the Caylor team into fully built-out, tangible websites. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, camping, and just being outdoors in general.

Cooper helps brands connect with their audiences across every platform — from social, search and video. He’s passionate about crafting data-driven campaigns that balance creativity with measurable results. Outside of work, Cooper is a proud father of three boys who enjoys staying active through golf, surfing, and cooking with his wife.

With a rich background in the tech and marketing worlds, Sheila brings a care for clarity, organization and details to lead teams to success. A graduate of Hope College and Indiana University, Sheila lives in West Michigan enjoying summers in the sand and winter in the snow.

Courtney is a dedicated project manager with experience in both construction administration and digital marketing. She enjoys bringing structure and creativity together to help teams succeed. Courtney is a graduate of High Point University with a degree in Business Administration and lives in the Piedmont area of North Carolina with her family.

Faith recently graduated with a business marketing degree from Point Loma Nazarene University. She works as a Project Manager at CaylorSolutions and she also is a freelance Social Media Manager on the side. She is passionate about Instagram and TikTok and enjoys living in San Diego, where her remote work allows her to combine marketing and her love for travel.

With authenticity and organization, Monica brings clarity and structure as a Project Manager, helping clients and teams move forward with confidence. She earned her Business Administration degree from the University of Akron. A Columbus, Ohio native, she now calls San Francisco home, where she enjoys roller skating, live music, and both teaching and joining in on a good line dance.

Stephanie is driven by making life easier for the executives and teams she supports. With over 20 years of experience as an executive assistant, she brings her perspective from working in various industries and assisting many leaders to Caylor Solutions. Stephanie graduated from Valparaiso University and lives with her husband and daughter on a farm in Rensselaer, Indiana.

Jennifer has been part of the Caylor Solutions team since 2016. Organized and thorough, she provides support at various levels on almost all Caylor projects. Jennifer attended IVY Tech Community College and the University of Indianapolis and lives in Inverness, Florida.

Jen is an enthusiastic project manager who loves to engage with team members in a way that brings joy and success to each person involved. She is dedicated to empowering creative people with the processes needed to achieve their goals. Jen is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and lives with her family in Dover, Delaware.

Holly is an experienced marketing leader that has a passion for web projects and digital and traditional advertising. She has held marketing director roles in healthcare and higher education. She has bachelor degrees from Indiana University and the University of Southern Indiana and her MBA from the University of Evansville. Holly lives with her family in Evansville, Indiana.

Danielle is passionate about education and its power to transform communities, which makes working with Caylor's clients so rewarding. She creates a positive and efficient team environment, ensuring everyone has the clarity they need to achieve a client's vision. Danielle is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and lives with her family in Zionsville, Indiana.

Tim brings over two decades of experience in website development and management to offer creative solutions to our higher ed clients. He specializes in strategic planning, search engine optimization, and WordPress development. Tim lives in Quincy, Illinois's "Gem City", with his family and loves hiking and visiting his sons at the University of Alabama. Roll Tide!

Joseph Cole is a content strategist and copywriter who helps higher ed marketers and development teams craft compelling messaging strategies and content that converts. Joseph draws from over 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership to help marketers and advancement officers achieve their goals. He lives with his family in Mexico City.

Kelly has a graphic design degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has 10 years of experience developing branding and websites for churches, non-profits, and small businesses. Kelly lives in Fishers, Indiana with her husband and two children.

In addition to education marketing, Hannah has worked in healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and other industries. With a bachelor’s degree in design from Taylor University, her background is in marketing, design and photography (she also does wedding photography on weekends). Hannah, along with her husband and two golden retrievers, lives near Indianapolis, Indiana.

Julianna joined Caylor Solutions in 2024 as a graphic designer and social media manager and is also a full time designer and print specialist in North Carolina. She earned her degree in advertising and graphic design from Guilford Technical. Passionate about design and creative problem solving, she delivers thoughtful solutions while keeping collaboration easy and approachable.

Kris makes the web a better place for prospective students and families. When not consulting, he serves as Director of Web and Digital Marketing at Messiah University, specializing in user experience, information architecture and web analytics. He has presented at the Higher Ed Analytics Conference, EduWeb, HighEdWeb, the RNL National Conference and the Slate Summit.

Danielle is a ghostwriter and copywriting with a deep understanding of the importance of resonating with your audience. She has dedicated herself to helping rebellious leaders with unique ideas grow their authority and their audience. She lives in Utah, and loves the archery range as much as the mountains.

Alex is an Indianapolis-based creative director, brand designer and marketing strategist who helps mission-driven brands maximize their greatest asset…themselves. He’s spent the last 15 years working in agencies, nonprofits and churches building brands that make an impact and leading teams through strategy and innovation. Alex is a husband, dad, average runner and lover of lattes.

Amy works with the team at Caylor Solutions to curate top higher education marketing content from our peers and share it across our social media platforms. Her work provides our followers with the latest in marketing strategy, technology and more. She lives in Huntington, IN with her family and works full-time for a Christian non-profit organization called Destiny Rescue.

John is a trained philosopher and experienced professor who has also served as a pastor. His professional life has been about exploring important ideas and communicating them to others in a way that leads to understanding and engagement. He has worked with Caylor Solutions on messaging, web content, and email marketing. John lives with his family in Greensboro, NC.

A teacher-turned-writer, Julie spent 15 years teaching English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) on three continents before turning her love of writing into a brand-building business. She’s thrilled about helping others communicate, so teaming up with marketers on content strategy and creation is… So. Much. Fun. Julie lives with her husband in central North Carolina.

Maria brings more than 15 years of professional experience providing user interface/user experience design services to small and medium businesses in a variety of fields to our clients in higher education. Her degree is in information technology. Maria lives in Volos, Greece.

Daniel earned his degree in visual arts/new media from Taylor University, with concentrations in graphic design and photography. He has since become proficient in coding, custom WordPress development builds and integrations, PHP, CSS, JS, and various frameworks and libraries that leverage JS. Daniel lives in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Erin is an integrated marketing and content strategist with a talent and passion for delivering functional, intuitive solutions that fulfill user needs and surpass client expectations. She has more than 15 years of interactive experience including user testing, strategy, content, lead generation, UX, and information architecture. Erin lives in Knoxville, Tennessee.

As an experienced copywriter, Ashley dives into all things words and content, crafting creative messaging that speaks to the target audience and moves them to action. She has worked on staff for a top private university in addition to her work with Caylor Solutions. Ashley is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and lives with her family in Westfield, Indiana.
