Leveraging Caylor Solutions’ expertise in higher education marketing, Sterling College relaunched their website to focus on enhancing their enrollment results. Visitors love the new site because it clearly communicates the brand benefits of Sterling College. The staff love the new site because they can easily manage it themselves.

The Challenge

Sterling College’s unique educational focus and method created unique marketing and admissions challenges.

As a small college (just 120 or so students) with a huge commitment to environmental sustainability and the only work college in the Northeast, Sterling College’s brand benefits are truly one-of-a-kind.

Yet those same traits that make it so special also create the challenges marketing and enrollment face.

Sterling College needed an efficient, yet effective solution that could be easily managed by the school’s marketing director to drive enrollment and development opportunities.

The Solution

As always, Caylor Solutions began the redesign with by getting to know Sterling’s brand benefits and marketing objectives—all while working within the budget constraints.

Caylor Solutions hosted several phone conference calls to understand the aspects of brand and to best understand the unique offerings of the work college. Calls with the marketing director, admissions team, and communications with the president provided the details to respond with an emotive and rich website design utilizing photography provided by the college.

 

As always, Caylor Solutions began the redesign with by getting to know Sterling’s brand benefits and marketing objectives—all while working within the budget constraints.

The Result

With the virtual agency model of Caylor Solutions, Sterling College enjoyed the quality service of a traditional marketing agency without incurring travel costs or associated expenses.

As a result, the new site has been well received by alumni, students, staff, the board of trustees and most importantly, prospective students and families. Early indications demonstrate a positive impact on admissions and development.
