Caylor Solutions approaches all of our work through a three-part, strategic lens:
Before any project is started and any solution suggested, we always spend time listening. While there may be similarities between our projects, we never take for granted that we know our client’s particular opportunities and challenges.
With that perspective in mind, we will spend a large part of our first meetings and engagements asking questions, seeking clarification, and exploring the unique aspects of the client organization. Sometimes the listening will be formalized listening sessions, meeting with various constituent groups to explore the unique brand promise and benefits from their perspective.
Additional listening may take the form of exploration of and discovery of brand audits, competitive research, and focus group discussions. We seek to understand before we begin our process.
Upon gathering the needed information, Caylor Solutions then seeks to synthesize all that we have collected and organize it into strategic directions. Beginning with the end in mind, we overlay the lessons learned from our listening and discovery with the opportunities within the medium which we are working.
We then leverage our experience and expertise and produce documentation to reflect the direction we recommend. This strategy will explore and recommend messaging, brand benefits and the overarching unique selling propositions (USPs), aesthetic and creative moods to reflect and enhance the messaging, organization of content assets, and technology recommendations to achieve the stated goals and strategy.
The strategy will be presented to the client and collaborated to build a work plan for creative tactical execution.
Only with the strategic blueprint in hand will Caylor Solutions begin to create the tactics and tools necessary to achieve the objectives of the project. Each project will have a team pulled together reflecting the needed strengths and skills to most effectively and efficiently build out the project.
Most times these individuals have worked together on similar projects and operate as a team through cloud-based tools and best practices to produce the needed creative deliverables, including structural design and rich content, as well as technical skills in web development, database programming, and system integrations.
The entire process is managed by a dedicated project and traffic manager assuring that the teams work in synchronization to assure deliverables on are on-time and on-budget.
